    A9. It is our common practice to advise customers on buying products from our shop to ensure quality and compatibility. However, we are also happy to install any product parts that you provide. Keep in mind that we would not warrant your parts.

    A10. The oil change routine varies depending on the vehicle and driving environment. As per standard guidelines:

    • Conventional oils: Every 3,000 to 5,000 miles
    • Synthetic-blend oils: Every 5,000 to 7,500 miles
    • Full synthetic oils: Every 7,500 to 10,000 miles
